T. Thornton is a Yorkshire-born writer, storyteller and lifelong believer that a little imagination can take you just about anywhere.
Inspired by a love of football, travel and discovering the world beyond your own doorstep, she created Rosie the Yorkshire Rose to tell stories filled with adventure, curiosity and heart.
At the centre of Rosie’s world are the things that matter most: kindness, community, friendship and the courage to discover something new.
Her stories celebrate different people, places and cultures, while encouraging children to ask questions, use their imaginations and find their own place in the world.
There’s football, plenty of fun and, wherever Rosie’s adventures take her, always a little bit of Yorkshire along for the journey.
